Congratulations to 4 Lovetts Gallery Artists!!!
Bryan Mark Taylor is a featured artist in the upcoming September 2010 issue of Southwest Art Magazine. They devoted 6 pages to the life and work of this San Francisco oil painter who concentrates on landscapes. Lovetts currently has four of Bryan’s pieces ranging from "Cool Afternoon Commute" (an urban landscape depicting the streets of San Francisco in cool blue tones) to "Along the Frozen Canal" (a rural landscape portraying cattle in a frozen white field).
Mark Andrew Bailey is one of Southwest Art’s "21 Under 31." Mark paints in the Impressionistic style and is a master at capturing both the light and the mood of interior spaces. Lovetts Gallery has three colorful pieces by this talented young artist. Two of them involve bars: "Rum and Coke" and "Spotlight" (a sushi bar).
Rebecca Latham is also one of the "21 Under 31" artists highlighted by Southwest Art Magazine. She grew up in a family of wildlife artist so it should come as no surprise that she specializes in watercolor miniatures of wildlife. Lovetts Gallery has three of these: "Not Quite Sure" (cougar), "Red" (fox), and "Masked Mischief" (raccoon). Rebecca also paints portraits of Native American subjects like her latest: "Misun Dance."
Congratulations to all of these deserving Lovetts Gallery artists!!!
